Job Summary
The Lead Infor LN Functional Solution Architect will lead ERP transformation and migration initiatives with a primary focus on business-facing Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing process transformation. The role requires deep expertise in Infor LN and the ability to engage with finance, supply chain, and executive stakeholders to drive process improvements, solution design, standardization, and ERP modernization. The position is approximately 80% functional consulting and 20% technical architecture, requiring sufficient technical expertise to guide ERP migration, integration, data, and reporting teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business discovery and Fit-Gap workshops.
• Define future-state Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes.
• Advise business stakeholders on ERP transformation and modernization strategies.
• Drive business process improvement, re-engineering, and standardization initiatives.
• Design functional solutions across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Cost Accounting.
• Design solutions across Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Support and optimize Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Facilitate executive workshops and business decision-making sessions.
• Engage with finance, supply chain, and executive stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive desired outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams throughout ERP transformation initiatives.
• Guide ERP migration strategy and execution.
• Oversee data migration, validation, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Provide architectural direction for ERP integrations and reporting solutions.
• Guide integration between multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams on ETL, APIs, Infor ION, and data governance.
• Partner with migration and integration teams to ensure functional and technical solutions align with business requirements.
• Provide functional leadership while maintaining sufficient technical knowledge to guide architecture and implementation decisions.
Required Qualifications
• Deep functional expertise in Infor LN Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end Infor LN implementations.
• Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or legacy ERP platforms to Infor LN.
• Experience with integrations between multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong Finance domain knowledge, including Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, Cost Centers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Re-engineering and Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Experience leading ERP transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience engaging with finance, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead business-focused transformation discussions and provide functional solution direction.
• Strong communication, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and iQMS.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and CMMS platforms.
• Experience with Infor OS and Infor ION.
• Experience with ETL and data migration tools.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting solutions.
• Strong Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain expertise.
