What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a Lead IAM Operations Analyst to join our Access Certification Management team. This senior operations role is responsible for driving operational excellence across core identity and access management functions, including access provisioning, policy enforcement, access reviews, and identity governance. The successful candidate will oversee complex IAM operations, ensure consistent and accurate service delivery, and maintain a secure and compliant identity management environment across the enterprise.

What will you do?
  • Lead day-to-day IAM operational activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of identity and access services.
  • Manage and coordinate access lifecycle processes including provisioning, access changes, certifications, and removal activities.
  • Monitor operational queues, prioritize requests, and ensure issues are resolved within established service levels.
  • Support IAM controls and governance processes to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with technology teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to resolve access issues and operational challenges.
  • Assist with audit activities by providing evidence, validating controls, and ensuring operational procedures are followed.
  • Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and knowledge archives to support consistent operations.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness.


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in an IAM operations environment with a focus on service delivery, operational controls, and process execution
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, access reviews, and governance processes.
  • Ability to analyze access issues, coordinate resolution, and work effectively with technical teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting audit, risk, and compliance requirements within an IAM environment.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Experience with IAM tools, workflows, and ticketing processes in an IAM operations environment.

Nice-to-have:
  • Familiarity with Saviynt, ISC, IIQ or similar IGA.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, directory services, and identity lifecycle concepts.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • Experience using SQL to query, analyze, and validate IAM-related data, reporting, and operational metrics.
