Job Description:The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service
Duties and Responsibilities:- Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems
- Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in fun positions!
Preferred Job Requirements for a Lead HVAC Installer:- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and Positive attitude
- Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
