Overall Purpose:
Responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, support organizational growth, and contribute to a positive workplace environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing guidance, insights, and solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals. Design and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Identify and help mitigate risks related to employee management and organizational practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support informed decision-making, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Provide regular reports on HR activities, outcomes, and key initiatives to senior leadership.
Employee and Organizational Support: Support key HR processes, including client support, change management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business and HR objectives.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of related experience required. Certification may be required in some areas.
