Lead Hardware Engineer to drive PCB-based product development and lead a growing engineering team. This is a
hands-on technical leadership role for someone who wants both design ownership and team influence.
What You'll Do- Lead electrical hardware development across projects
- Design schematics, PCB layouts, and system architectures
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Mentor engineers and drive team performance
- Support proposals, estimating, and project planning
- Lead design reviews and improve engineering processes
- Build, test, and troubleshoot hardware
What You Bring- BS in Electrical Engineering & 4+ years experience
- Deep PCB design experience (schematic & layout)
- Strong hands-on lab/debug skills (oscopes, power, signal tools)
- Proven ability to lead projects or mentor engineers
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
