Packet Digital is hiring a Lead Hardware Engineer to drive PCB-based product development and lead a growing engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who wants both design ownership and team influence.
What You'll Do
  • Lead electrical hardware development across projects
  • Design schematics, PCB layouts, and system architectures
  • Translate customer needs into technical solutions
  • Mentor engineers and drive team performance

What You Bring
