As Lead Global Procurement Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for administratively maintaining the company-wide Travel and Expense and Contingent Workforce Management systems - Concur: A web-based, best-in-class e-platform for Travel & Expense, and Coupa Contingent Workforce - a web-based vendor management system for Contingent workforce management.
In this role, you will be a global functional lead and work under the direct supervision of the Global Procurement Director. Additionally, you will work closely with ADP Associates in IT, Accounts Payable, Finance, PMO, Audit, and Procurement, acting as the liaison between the departments and the technical representatives from ADP suppliers to maintain these systems.

Apply now!What you'll do:Here's what you can expect on a typical day:- Provide functional and technical application support to ensure that the system continues to operate in accordance with the service level agreement for these applications. This includes troubleshooting application problems.
- Lead global procurement system rollouts, collaborating with international colleagues, in different geographies, time zones and languages.
- Identify system problems with a concise, but thorough outline of the problem and supporting documentation within the case management system. This includes following each problem through to its resolution and keeping management informed of critical issues. Analyzes problems and makes recommendations on resolution or potential enhancements
- Act as the lead in major system upgrades and application / feature testing.
- Establish, develop, and own end-user relationships.
- Coordinate, test, and execute system enhancement requests and the development of fixes with the vendor(s).
- Assist and support the team in identifying and implementing improved processes for system maintenance.
- Own data analysis and Reporting functions for assigned systems.
- Provide periodic, instructor-led training to associates.
Experience. You have 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:- At least 3 years of relevant global SaaS system implementation experience.
- Demonstrated global Concur system implementation and/or Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis using MS Excel functions, tables, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Outstanding English verbal and written communication, time management, and follow-up skills are essential to the high degree of interaction with ADP associates and suppliers.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and tolerance of changing business environments.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with daily operational responsibilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and a problem solver.
- Must be willing to work extended hours to have partial overlap with the US team/management.
- You'll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
