Job DescriptionWe need a Lead Firmware Engineer with strong C/C++ programming skills who can clear a Codility assessment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in embedded systems, firmware development, board bring-up, hardware-software debugging, and low-level programming.
Requirements - Firmware Engineer- Create and maintain firmware targets for new products.
- Adapt and validate firmware for new hardware platforms.
- Work in a C/C++ firmware environment similar to EDK2/UEFI.
- Strong understanding of embedded C, memory management, and register-level programming
- Experience with peripheral interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO, etc.
- Ability to debug firmware using JTAG, debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Work closely with hardware engineers on board bring-up and HW/SW co-debugging.
Firmware Builds & Releases- Perform daily firmware builds and validations.
- Support firmware releases and deployment activities.
- Publish release notes and track firmware changes.
Mandatory Skills: Embedded System Software Testing.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
