JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Financial Analyst to support assembly operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role owns recurring financial reporting, supports period-end close activities, maintains labor and headcount reporting, and partners with FP&A, controllership, operations, and plant finance teams to provide accurate and timely financial information.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consolidate operations financial results across all assembly plants, delivering clear analysis of performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide centralized analytical support to operations leaders and plant finance teams, ensuring consistent, decision-useful insights across the network.
  • Own consolidated reporting of plant key performance indicators, including standardizing, validating, and communicating performance metrics.
  • Support long-term operations strategy initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of strategic opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating the annual budgeting and periodic outlook processes for operations by coordinating timelines, facilitating executive-level reviews, and ensuring cohesion of assumptions and metrics across all assembly plants.
  • Partner with the digital team to create and enhance Power BI dashboards that align with stakeholder needs and improve visibility into operational performance.
  • Coordinate recurring and ad hoc reporting requests for key spending categories, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent analysis.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, manufacturing finance, plant finance, controllership, cost accounting, or related finance work.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to reconcile multiple sources and maintain recurring reporting templates.
  • Ability to manage daily, weekly, period-end, quarterly, and annual deadlines with strong accuracy and completeness.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial detail into clear business insights.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Manufacturing, supply chain, or multi-site operations finance experience.
  • Familiarity with OneStream, Power BI, ERP/general ledger systems, payroll or labor reporting sources, macros, or similar tools.
  • Experience preparing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, headcount reporting, and period-end packages.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process standardization and automation.


COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

PAY RANGE:
$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
