JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARY Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the financial reporting for daily tier level discussions, providing early insights into variance
drivers and partnering with subject matter experts to understand risks and opportunities - Partner with plant leadership to review manufacturing output targets as needed to balance capacity, cost and delivery impacts
- Proactively improve upon existing reporting to provide better insights into Operations
performance - Understand key variances to Budget and Outlook, research drivers and assist in guiding the strategy to ensure the plant hits annual operating targets
- Lead and execute the annual budget process for the plant connecting the dots between annual financial targets and cost drivers
- Support business cases on capital investments
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in tools
- such as Microsoft Excel, OneStream (or similar) and PowerBI
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines and
regulations. - Advanced communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver full presentations in a influential
manner. - Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate with business partners at all levels in the
organization; including executives. Ability to demonstrate professional skepticism.
COMPENSATIONPay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
PAY RANGE:$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
