Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including analysis of financial results, variances, trends, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial and operational reporting that provides management with visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and emerging business trends.
• Analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, governance, and overall business performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, helping leadership understand drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
• Support business planning activities by evaluating financial impacts, developing business cases, and assessing risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate and track strategic initiatives to ensure milestones, deliverables, and expected business outcomes remain on track.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, process simplification, data visualization, and adoption of new analytical tools.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, and financial materials that clearly communicate business performance and recommendations.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted partner for financial and operational questions.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses that support evolving business priorities and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, business analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience preparing forecasts, financial models, management reporting, and performance analyses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial or business intelligence reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate and timely results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to various levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VS Code, SQL, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience supporting operations-focused or performance-driven organizations.
