We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to oversee 5 other architects, driving the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions in the FinTech and digital banking sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in architecture and development to ensure that our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
This role is a full-time, onsite position reporting to either our Irvine or San Diego location.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support business objectives in the FinTech and digital banking sectors.
- Lead the assessment of current technology architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver technology solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze and integrate emerging technology trends into the existing architecture to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in security architecture and data management.
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and implement Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate architectural vision effectively across the organization.
- Lead solution design efforts and oversee system integration and data integration activities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on FinTech and digital banking.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in cloud computing technologies and architecture.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API management.
- Solid knowledge of security architecture and regulatory compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Java, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in business analysis and IT strategy development.
- Knowledge of current technology trends and digital transformation initiatives.
Benefits- Base Salary: $185K-$225K
