Founded 25 years ago, we offer digital banking, lending, and commercial services for both individuals and businesses, including online checking and savings accounts, CDs, personal loans, business accounts, and industry-specific commercial banking solutions. We provide digital-first products, such as mobile banking, online transfers, and enhanced security features, for customers seeking convenience and innovative financial tools.

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to oversee 5 other architects, driving the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions in the FinTech and digital banking sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in architecture and development to ensure that our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

This role is a full-time, onsite position reporting to either our Irvine or San Diego location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support business objectives in the FinTech and digital banking sectors.
  • Lead the assessment of current technology architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver technology solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Analyze and integrate emerging technology trends into the existing architecture to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in security architecture and data management.
  • Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and implement Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery.
