Job Details

Leads advanced full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards to deliver complex end-to-end solutions across multiple initiatives, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and alignment to domain priorities.

Analyzes full-stack application requirements, front-end and back-end capabilities, internal and external drivers, constraints, and tradeoffs to shape solution approaches and support decisions with significant implications for delivery, risk, and performance.

Communicates complex architectural options, API design decisions, database considerations, sequencing decisions, operating constraints, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, including external parties such as vendors or partners when needed.

Guides key full-stack engineering areas or capability components by organizing work with limited oversight, driving consistent execution, and supporting aligned delivery across connected teams and programs.

Improves full-stack engineering processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operating methods that increase delivery effectiveness and reduce rework.

Builds team capability by mentoring full-stack engineers across levels, providing technical guidance to emerging leaders, and strengthening consistency through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Monitors domain-level application outcomes, delivery risks, performance signals, and integration health to identify issues early, inform corrective actions, and sustain progress across multiple complex initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field required.
  • Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, DevOps preferred.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
