- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate DSP solutions into larger system architectures, ensuring seamless interoperability and debugging complex system-level issues
- Mixed Engineering Focus: Balance NPD (prototyping, validation, and innovation) with Sustaining Engineering (troubleshooting field issues, managing component obsolescence, and driving cost-reduction initiatives).
- Agile Execution: Work within a cross-functional Agile team, participating in sprints to rapidly iterate on prototypes and ship production-ready features.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in electrical/embedded systems, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in EDA tools like Cadence OrCAD.
Deep understanding of analog/digital circuit design, power management, and EMI/EMC compliance.
Design and implementation of systems centered around MCUs, DSPs, or FPGAs
Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to act as a "product owner" for your subsystems, making data-backed decisions under ambiguity.
