Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with over 20 years of expertise in designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft technology expertise, lead development teams, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality solutions across insurance, retail, banking, and financial services domains. The role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, client engagement, solution design, Agile delivery, cloud adoption, API development, system integration, and application modernization initiatives. The candidate should also leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, troubleshooting, and code quality while maintaining strong engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead technical design, solution architecture, and development activities for enterprise applications. Provide guidance and mentoring to development teams. Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. Drive technical discussions with stakeholders, architects, and business teams. Support production deployments and issue resolution. Software Development Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, and integration services. Build and maintain applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF. Develop secure and high-performance enterprise solutions. Participate in requirements analysis, estimation, and technical planning. Cloud & DevOps Support Azure-based solutions and cloud modernization initiatives. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Implement deployment automation and release management processes. Application Modernization Analyze legacy applications and design modernization strategies. Migrate monolithic systems to service-based architectures. Enhance application scalability, maintainability, and performance. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with clients, business users, QA teams, and project managers. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Manage technical risks and ensure on-time delivery. AI-Assisted Engineering Utilize AI tools to accelerate code analysis, defect investigation, dependency analysis, and root cause identification. Improve development productivity through AI-assisted code review, documentation, and troubleshooting while validating recommendations through engineering expertise.' The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 115000- CAD 125000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
