Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Technical Lead with 20+ years of expertise in designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft technology expertise, technical leadership skills, and experience delivering solutions across Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, and Retail domains.
Key Responsibilities- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and development initiatives.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Design and build scalable applications, APIs, and integration services using .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF.
- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives on Microsoft Azure.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
- Modernize legacy applications and migrate monolithic systems to service-based architectures.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers in Agile environments.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for code analysis, defect investigation, documentation, and productivity improvements.
Required Skills- 20+ years of software development and technical leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, WCF).
- Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Application Modernization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $95,000 - $120,000/Annum
