Full Job Description
This position is responsible for the development and delivery of a digital communications strategy for one or more customer facing portals (member, provider, employer, broker, or employee) which supports the enterprise business plan. Implementing the determined strategy; handling the day-to-day operations of the digital communications development and operation team; promoting the utilization of the portal. And ensure realization of anticipated benefits can perform job with little or no oversight or guidance from manager. Considered expert and/or go-to person for product, process, channel and/or portal.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience of diverse business and technology experience understanding of the business and industry the technology is supporting OR usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies OR electronic marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and integrated marketing strategies OR in a web production environment.
*Understand the limitations of the platform when designing new features and enhancements.
*Knowledge of current and emerging digital communications related technologies (i.e., Web 2.0)
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Leadership or Supervisory and problem-solving skills.
*Personnel management and staff development skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
*Organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Project planning skills ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
*Experience in building working relationships across all organizational levels.
*Experience utilizing MS Office Products.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree in. Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or Informatics.
*Experience with usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
*Knowledge of search engine optimization, tagging and source codes.
*Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing paid and organic digital communications across social and search platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), and enterprise social media management platforms such as Sprinklr. Ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize audience targeting, and provide actionable reporting insights is strongly preferred.
*Demonstrated experience supporting digital communications initiatives for the HealthSpring brand, including Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) products, with experience supporting member and broker communications, an understanding of current and future HealthSpring marketing strategies, established stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional initiatives supporting expansion into retail healthcare channels.
*Proven ability to develop, analyze, and present performance analytics, audience engagement metrics, campaign results, and executive-level reporting to support business decision-making.
*Experience working within established HealthSpring and enterprise brand governance frameworks, ensuring digital content and communications align with approved marketing, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Base Pay Range
$61,500.00 - $136,100.00
