Role Overview:
The Lead DevSecOps and Automation Engineer provides leadership for CI/CD implementation, Infrastructure as Code, cloud automation, security automation, and AI assisted engineering capabilities across the EDP environment. The Lead DevSecOps Engineer enables rapid, secure, and repeatable delivery of AWS and Databricks platform services while reducing operational overhead through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain enterprise DevSecOps pipelines supporting platform engineering activities.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform and AWS native automation services.
- Automate provisioning of cloud infrastructure, Databricks workspaces, networking, storage, and security controls.
- Integrate security scanning, compliance validation, vulnerability management, and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI enabled operational automation and intelligent deployment capabilities.
- Support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes and EKS.
- Automate deployment of Databricks E2 environments, Unity Catalog configurations, and tenant onboarding processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of DevOps engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting AWS cloud environments.
- Expertise with Terraform, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD platforms, and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Experience supporting Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
- Terraform Associate
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- GitLab Certified Professional
