About the role

Trovata is seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join our growing team as a core member of our Bank Pro delivery function. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for planning, sequencing, and delivering partner implementations and enhancements, keeping internal teams and bank partners aligned and accountable. The Lead Project Manager partners closely with leaders across engineering, product, implementation, and bank partnerships. Success in this role demands exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and keep diverse teams, internal and external, working in lockstep.

Compensation: TBD, based on experience

What you'll do

  • Drive Bank Pro delivery: Own end-to-end planning and execution of Bank Pro implementations and enhancement programs spanning engineering, product, and partner teams, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk from kickoff through go-live.
  • Coordinate across teams and partners: Coordinate engineers, product managers, implementation specialists, and bank partner stakeholders toward shared milestones, removing blockers and maintaining momentum across concurrent Bank Pro workstreams.
  • Manage bank partner relationships: Act as a trusted partner to bank stakeholders, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring delivery teams stay aligned to shared go-live goals.
  • Establish program rigor: Build and operate the project management practices, tooling, and reporting cadences Bank Pro needs as it scales, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, RAID logs, and clear decision-making frameworks.
  • Communicate status and risk: Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates on program health, milestones, dependencies, and risks to Trovata leadership, escalating issues early and proposing paths to resolution.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, manage expectations, and keep diverse stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches) and the judgment to apply them pragmatically.
  • Working knowledge of bank connectivity, bank file formats (BAI2, MT940, API) technology integrations
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
