Lead Cyber Technical Solutions Engineer
Job Description
This position will be based in Reston, VA
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of four FTE in the installation, operation and maintenance of the Xacta GRC Software suite
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to map, engineer, and refine Risk Management Framework A&A process for implementation with Xacta 360 and Xacta.io
• Document and transpose stakeholder requirements into technical terminology suitable for execution by Xacta implementers
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other system engineers to understand requirements and translate them into automated API integrations leveraging Xacta 360 and Xacta.io's API capabilities.
• Propose innovative solutions and recommend software integration points to enhance the Xacta Product Suites effectiveness
• Develop and brief process documentation to senior stakeholders such as user stories, process models, training artifacts, requirement matrices, and status briefings
• Lead and assist with systems configuration, administration and integration support for X360 and Xacta IO. Integrates 3rd party cyber/enterprise security applications and systems via API into Xacta 360 and Xacta IO.
• Learn and become familiar with the Xacta Software Suite, deployment methodologies and integration with customer security processes.
• Work cooperatively with other Telos employees, government agencies and other industry partners.
Job Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience
- Must possess IAT LVL II AND one of the DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certifications such as: CEH, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND certification prior to start date
- Hiring preference will be given to candidates with an additional AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Experience in DoD/IC process engineering, business analysis and cyber security governance
- Experience with GRC solutions such as Xacta, Service Now, eMASS, JCAM
- Experience using Python to build API and systems integration
- Experience with Linux, Linux administration and virtual platforms
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JSON, Apache Velocity, or PHP experience
- Demonstrated experience with technical security and systems integration inside the Amazon Web Services environment highly desired
