Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of relevant experience may substitute for each missing year of education.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Technology.
• 7 years' experience in OSS/BSS architecture and design specific to order and service management for telecom services.
• Familiarity with telecom standards and regulations such as eTOM, ITIL, and IEEE for a minimum of 7 years.
• Proven experience in managing order and sales processes, including defining system requirements and collaborating with business units for over 7 years.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSS/BSS system architecture design and implementation for telecom order and service management.
• Optimize provisioning and activation processes for wireless, wireline, and cable services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in telecommunications.
• Lead the definition and documentation of order and sales management processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Manage projects within telecommunications, focusing on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
