Construction Project ManagerLocation: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $190,000-$215,000Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of a design-build construction project.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide construction management and administrative oversight for a design-build project.
- Support senior leadership in ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Monitor construction progress, document activities, and identify/report potential issues or deficiencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including inspectors, schedulers, estimators, safety personnel, and document control.
- Collaborate with design, program controls, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Interface with contractor teams to facilitate project execution.
- Identify, track, and ensure resolution of deficient work and corrective actions.
- Enforce project policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Oversee contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:Minimum:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant construction project experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in construction/project management tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred:- Experience managing complex construction projects across various delivery methods.
- High-rise project experience.
