Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist "contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington.
The Lead Computer Support Specialist serves as intermediary between the team and upper management. Articulates assignments, plans subordinate work, trains, or arranges training, provides input to the supervisor on performance management and personnel administration.
Experience Requirements:- minimum of four years of experience in the management and resolution of Tier 2 levels IT Support operations.
- Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop Operating Systems, desktop productivity applications, desktop defense tools, Microsoft Active Directory account management and permissions, network connectivity troubleshooting.
CompTIA Security + and/or ISC2 SSCP, Current Microsoft Desktop OS Certification
Certification/Education Requirements: Current ITIL certification & Office 365 certification
Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance is required.
