Overall Purpose
Drive strategic planning, performance visibility, and cross-functional alignment for Converged GTM and Customer Strategies. Lead business planning, roadmap management, governance, and performance measurement processes that enable informed decision-making, improve execution, and accelerate customer value, growth, and retention outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Management
Manage annual and quarterly business planning
Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps that align initiatives to strategic priorities
Facilitate governance forums, planning reviews, and strategic decision-making processes
Align stakeholders around shared priorities, objectives, and success measures
Performance Visibility & Insights
Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and executive dashboards to monitor business performance
Track initiative outcomes and business impact across retention, growth, and customer value strategies
Synthesize performance insights, trends, risks, and opportunities into actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Alignment
Coordinate planning, timing, dependencies, and reporting across Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Commercialization teams
Partner across the organization to identify opportunities and risks impacting customer growth and retention
Executive Communications & Competitive Intelligence
Prepare executive communications, presentations, and recommendations
Consolidate insights, performance results, and strategic priorities into clear leadership narratives
Monitor retention-related market trends, competitive offers, customer value propositions, and emerging industry developments
Translate market intelligence into strategic recommendations and business actions

Experienced professional with deep knowledge of strategic planning, performance management, and cross-functional business operations. Leads complex initiatives with significant autonomy and influences business strategy through insights, planning, and executive decision support. Drives organizational alignment, improves visibility into business performance, and enables leadership decision-making. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
5+ years of related experience.
Experience developing executive presentations, business plans, scorecards, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through ambiguity.
Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
Experience working with retention, marketing, analytics, or go-to-market organizations preferred.
