The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.

What you'll do:

Responsible for key areas of the accounting function under the Commercial Finance pillar, supporting the NAS division. Accountable for the Commercial Accounting Programs ledger (4567), which includes Project Variance forecasting/tracking/reporting/auditing, administration of the Profit Incentive program, and rep commissions. Partners with our extended team in QRO for month end closing processes and supports commission programs/correction processes. Drives efficiency and enables a digital mindset; ensuring scope of responsibilities is properly aligned between site/support teams.

Key responsibilities include:
• Serves as the key accounting contact for the Commercial Accounting ledger (4567), including all aspects of month end close, forecast, planning, reporting, and auditing
• Oversees Project Variance (Z) accounting (>$100M annually); drives policy compliance
• Maintains Z Policy, analyzes/authorizes Z transactions, prepares monthly reporting and leads various audits of Project Variance activity & components of the Profit Incentive program
• Full administration of the Profit Incentive Program (annual incentives of >$20M)
• Partner with the Commercial Finance pillar to ensure accurate pricing data, considering the impact of Project Variance vs. RPI
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify potential areas of leakage - compile results and present to operations and senior leadership
• Responsible for rep commissions close/forecast transacting through CAP ledger, and for supporting manual commission program processes/corrections
• Partner with extended team members to ensure work is completed in the right place, driving efficiency and ensuring accuracy of all deliverables
• Research, compile and analyze financial data on an ad hoc basis, as required; present summarized results, analysis and recommendations to management, focusing on continuous business process improvements, challenging current processes/procedures to determine if improvements are deemed appropriate and consequently implement process improvements
• Work cross-functionally to serve as a financial business partner to NAS internal customers

What You'll Do
• This role supports the Electrical Sector North American Sales force, which generates annual revenue of approximately $13B.
• Total division is comprised of ~2,000 employees, of which ~1,000 participate in the Profit Incentive Program with annual payout averaging >$10M.
• Reps participating in Profit Incentive drive additional annual payout of >$10M
• Average monthly standard rep commissions of ~$5M

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years' related experience in financial planning or general accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI and Excel)
• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• High functional proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Oracle Planning)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
