What you’ll do:
• Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of high-value, customer-facing technical projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary client contact, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure alignment of project objectives and tasks.
• Technical Guidance and Risk Management: Provide technical expertise, employ structured methodologies, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Consultative and Documentation Support: Offer strategic advice to customers, manage vendor deliverables, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate project documentation. May also provide the vehicle for building and/or venue owners to engage AT&T on network improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Joint Engineering Coordination (JEC) Leadership
- Schedule, lead, and moderate all Joint Engineering Calls (JECs) with carriers.
- Ensure participation from all required stakeholders.
- Validate proposed installation/loading and determine next steps.
- Review with applicant ground space requirements for attachment to NHTA DAS
Technical Design Ownership
- Review 4G/5G mmWave designs and ensure alignment with applications.
- Present designs to venues for approval when needed.
- Manage revisions after site walks.
- Ensure designs are revised with customer requirements.
Pricing Preparation & BOM Management
- Request BOMs from market C&E/RF.
- Combine BOM with MM&R, revenue share, rent, utilities, etc.
- Review historic pricing for a venue.
- Deliver final pricing to carriers and track approvals.
- Obtain and reconcile capital costs details from Contour and analyze DAS costs to determine allocation of shared and common costs and AT&T costs.
- Create capital cost pricing workbook and determine shared and common, AT&T only, new costs associated with the NHTA project.
Prime and SLA Lease Reviews
- Review venue Prime agreement and Applicants ground space to prepare MRC to include access fee, rent pass-through, revenue share and utilities.
- Review Customer SLA and Amendment contract for terms, fees, and conditions.
Lease Exhibit Creation & Documentation
- Prepare technical exhibits (design, frequencies/power, schematics).
- Ensure consistency across application, design, pricing, and lease.
- Work with Lease Writer to Prepare draft agreement details package, including approved exhibits and send to legal for agreement drafting.
- Review redlines with lease writer to ensure MLA Compliance and deal integrity
Carrier & Venue Technical Interface
- Provide baseline and revised designs to carriers.
- Respond to design‑related questions.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with CPM for forecasting and milestone tracking.
- Support Business Development (BDM) with consent and venue approvals.
NHTA Business Analysis
- Work with east markets on NSB project development for venues that require solution to be Neutral Host to ensure that project will support current licensed frequencies.
- Perform PONY financial analysis for Business Development Managers on NSB and DAS Mods
