About the JobDescription of position:- A self starter position that requires both a jobsite ownership mindset and ability to lead others.
- Working multiple jobsites to help get projects to completion.
- Managing the workflow on multiple projects.
- Finish carpentry work, tile, trim, and cabinet installation in mostly residential and some small commercial settings.
- VKB Team members need to be able to work well with each other and be able to keep focused and stay on task working alone.
- Time management skills are needed to ensure jobs get done promptly, within allotted timeframes.
- Attention to job safety, cleanliness of job sites, and customer relations are highly valued.
Requirements:- Must be highly organized.
- Must have remodeling experience.
- Must have familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to use technology to run a jobsite.
- Must be polite and presentable to customers.
- Must be trustworthy and kind.
- Must be a problem solver.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail orientated and take pride in their craftsmanship.
