  • Lead strategic capacity planning initiatives supporting Alphabet's infrastructure investments across compute, storage, networking, power, and data center infrastructure. Evaluate infrastructure alternatives by analyzing demand growth, engineering constraints, supply availability, deployment options, investment trade-offs, and business risks.
  • Develop planning frameworks that improve the speed, consistency, and quality of infrastructure planning decisions. Build executive-ready business cases, investment analyses, and recommendations supporting infrastructure prioritization and allocation decisions.
  • Partner across product areas, engineering, supply chain, finance, and data science to integrate evolving planning signals into a unified infrastructure plan of record.
  • Define planning assumptions, evaluation methodologies, business rules, and decision frameworks that improve planning quality across Alphabet.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to define business requirements for capacity planning systems, optimization capabilities, and decision-support tooling. Integrate planning recommendations into Alphabet's long-range infrastructure planning and executive investment processes.
