What is the Opportunity?

As Lead, Business Systems Analysis in Commercial Credit Technology within T&O, you will lead the Business Systems Analysis function for the Commercial Credit and Small Business Credit Platforms modernization initiative. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals. This role combines hands-on BSA expertise with leadership and mentorship responsibilities, while spearheading the adoption of AI-driven tools and methodologies in BSA processes.

What will you do?
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to refine policies, procedures, and implementation strategies within the Commercial Credit domain.
  • Requirement Readiness: Work closely with business teams to ensure requirements are fully aligned and ready for solution design phases.
  • Solution Alignment: Collaborate with architects and technology leads to align on high-level solution designs at the start of each quarter.
  • Facilitation & Documentation: Lead technical and business discussions, documenting outcomes, decisions, and actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor BSAs on best practices for requirements documentation, intent documents, and scope alignment.
  • Capability Development: Enhance team skills in technical/business communication and documentation standards.
  • AI Integration: Guide the team in adopting AI tools and methodologies to boost productivity, quality, and innovation.
  • Support & Continuity: Provide direct assistance to BSAs during peak periods or team absences, ensuring uninterrupted quality of work streams.


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Deep knowledge of Commercial and Small Business Credit domains, including Credit Application Origination, Adjudication, and Fulfillment processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in facilitating technical/business discussions and producing clear, concise documentation.
  • Familiarity with the Agile methodologies and various agile ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a must.
  • Efficient use of AI tools for day-to-day activities including Story writing, Business Requirements etc.


Nice-to-have
  • Experience leading BSA teams or mentoring in business systems analysis roles.
  • Familiarity with platform modernization or systems transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, generative AI, or process automation in business analysis or related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements in technical environments.
