  • Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to align solution direction, advocate for business needs, and identify dependencies across systems, data, and processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops that drive decisions on target operating models, business processes, and data-related policies.
  • Support solution delivery by contributing to backlog development and prioritization, advising development teams and product owners on business-facing enhancements, and adapting effectively to Agile or other ways of working.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, validate production readiness and completeness, and support successful business adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Parametric's asset management business, technology landscape, and enterprise objectives to inform analysis, recommendations, and future-state decision-making.
  • Use AI and other tools to improve the quality, efficiency, and strategic value of analysis work products and solution outcomes.
