• Manage work order workflows in the enterprise asset management system, ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the facility operations and maintenance program, including energy efficiency initiatives and infrastructure reliability enhancements
• Respond to and lead the resolution of critical facility emergencies, coordinating resources and communications across operations, engineering, and management teams

Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in critical facility operations, data center engineering, or a related technical field encompassing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or controls systems
• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance activities and technical teams within a mission-critical or 24x7 operational environment
• Experience troubleshooting and operating complex building systems including power distribution, cooling infrastructure, and building management or monitoring systems
• Experience developing or improving standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance programs, or change management processes in a critical environment
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions following equipment failures or operational incidents

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in a data center or other Critical Environment (pharma, clean room, medical, power production, etc.)
