Hourly Pay: $118,000-$140,200

Comprehensive Benefits:

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing clinical team by providing supervision, coaching, training, performance management, and day-to-day clinical guidance to Behavioral Health Clinicians.
  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services through psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual counseling, and brief therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate within an integrated care model by partnering with primary care providers, psychiatry, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care and improve health outcomes.
  • Ensure quality, access, and clinical excellence by supporting quality improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and helping achieve patient access and service goals.
  • Champion Chapa-De's mission in the community by participating in outreach events, building community partnerships, and fostering a positive, team-based culture centered on whole-person care.


Experience and Skills
What You'll Bring:
  • LCSW, LMFT or PHD in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience working in a Behavioral Health Program.
  • Clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families and children.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
