Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Java or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Spark MLlib.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong system design skills and understanding of data structures and software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for Lincoln Tech's AI/ML technology stack.
• Design and implement scalable infrastructures for AI/ML applications.
• Lead the entire lifecycle of AI/ML applications from conception to delivery.
• Create and optimize AI systems, including deep learning and NLP models.
• Architect and manage efficient data pipelines for large datasets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with applications and models.
• Communicate AI/ML concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor team members across the organization.
