Role Summary The Lead, AI & Automation Process is a unique opportunity for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic role that blends project management, business analysis, and digital transformation. This role combines the strategic planning and leadership of a Project Manager with the analytical, process improvement, and solution design expertise of a Business Analyst, requiring the successful candidate to seamlessly transition between multiple responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting to the Program Manager, AI & Automation, the role will independently manage projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. Strong communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead complex discussions, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful project delivery through business analysis, testing, and user acceptance.
You will be responsible for:Project Delivery - Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and transition to operations
- Lead the automation workstream within the organization's ERP transformation, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver workstream deliverables against committed timelines
- Own project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project execution
- Provide regular written and verbal updates on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes to Program manager for reporting purposes
Business Analysis- Guide intake and triage of new AI and Automation requests based on business value, complexity, and risks
- Maintain and prioritize project backlog and enhancement requests in team repository
- Facilitate process discovery workshops to identify business challenges, improvement opportunities, and solution requirements
- Create process design documents and collaborate with the RPA/Intelligent Automation development team to help transform process designs into automations that deliver business value
- Influence stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language to support informed decision-making
Testing - Lead the planning and execution of system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including the development, review, and management of test plans, test scenarios, test cases, defect resolution, and business sign-off
Required Skills & Experience- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, quality assurance, or business and/or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience delivering AI, automation, ERP or technology-enabled business transformation initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to independently manage medium to large cross-functional projects
- Hands-on experience developing test plans, test cases, and coordinating system and user acceptance testing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are considered an asset.
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, automation technologies and concepts
- Strong knowledge with AI and automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, Copilot Studio, Foundry) is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs is considered an asset.
- Experience using test management or work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar) is considered an asset

The expected salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
