LCV NORTHCOM: GS Site Manager

Program Summary

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled USARMY training exercises. KBR's LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support for Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary

As a GS Site Manager, you will independently oversee the daily activities and ensure contract compliance for a large-scale project located on-site. Operating within established policies, procedures, and company-approved systems, your responsibilities will span such actions as project setup, transitional activities, vendor management, and client relations. You will manage and direct both technical and administrative aspects of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Independently manage daily operations and contract compliance for a large-sized project in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and direct the efforts of the technical and administrative sides of the project, including staffing, personnel management, and reporting.
  • Oversee transitional activities, vendor management, client relations, project set up, and contract changes.
  • Collaborate with the NORTHCOM Management and ensure alignment with project requirements in case of differences.
  • Handle responsibilities such as project setup, subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review, processing contract changes, and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Generate required reports for both owners and in-house purposes.


Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree at least 8 years of operational management of government-sponsored programs, with a background in construction or facility maintenance. An additional 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior site-level facilities/operations experience is required.
  • Must have experience managing 200-500 employees in dispersed operations across multiple locations.
  • Must be capable of managing an entire project ranging from $7 to $15 million or bid packages on a larger project.
  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.


Pay
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
  • Basic Compensation Range: $109,900 - $164,800

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
