The LCS Sub-Regional Business Manager is responsible for the overall business performance, customer outcomes, talent development, and operational execution of a designated North American Sub-Region. You will owns revenue growth, operational excellence, employee engagement, delivery quality, and market expansion while executing a consistent "One LCS" experience across Lifecycle Services offerings. This is direct responsibilities in CSB, AMR (not Asset+), and FLT (including MV and SAF), while informed and supporting Process Solutions, Power & Control, and the Asset+ offerings.

You will lead a regional organization comprised of managers, project managers, engineers, consultants, and asset management professionals. You will collaborate closely with Commercial leadership, Regional Sales teams, GEBS, COR Business Units, and other Lifecycle Services capabilities in PRS.

The Sub-Regional Business Manager is accountable for achieving financial commitments, delivering customer outcomes, developing talent, ensuring delivery excellence, and expanding Lifecycle Services market presence within assigned accounts and geographies. You will report to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services.

Role Purpose: Own customer delivery outcomes, financial performance, organizational capability, and market expansion within an assigned sub-region by executing and delivering a unified Lifecycle Services experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Business Leadership & Financial Performance
    • Own sub-region revenue, standard margin, billable hours of direct team.
    • Drive market expansion of COR offerings within existing accounts.
    • Develop and execute sub-region business plans aligned with North America LCS strategy.
    • Financial forecasting, resource planning, and business performance reviews.
  • Customer Outcomes & Delivery Excellence
    • LCS account share maximization and the success of the entire LCS portfolio at an account to achieve "One LCS."
      • Projects to contracts and vice versa, transactional and call-out to contract, excellence in lead offerings that lend to LCS expansion.
    • Accountable for customer satisfaction and delivery performance across all COR LCS engagements within the sub-region.
    • Lead escalation management and resolution of significant delivery or customer issues.
    • Drive adherence to Lifecycle Services delivery methodologies, quality standards, ASP requirements, and in-market delivery models.
    • Promote consistent execution of the Rockwell delivery model and operational best practices. Early focus early on labor share, domain expertise development, and engineering tool awareness and consolidation.
  • Talent Leadership & Workforce Strategy
    • Lead through subordinate managers and functional leaders.
    • Develop workforce capabilities, technical depth, succession plans, and leadership pipelines for direct staff. Responsibilities for sub-region staffing strategy, resource allocation, workforce planning, and skills development for all of COR LCS in the sub-region.
    • Drive employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and career development.
    • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion & Commercial Partnership
    • Partner closely with BU Commercial, RSSDs, TBL's, and Sales teams to identify and capture growth opportunities.
    • Support strategic account planning, Win Strategy process, and customer engagement activities.
    • Expand service penetration and drive lifecycle value creation within existing customer relationships.
    • Drive trusted advisor relationships with customer leadership teams and convert these to expanded Rockwell value to the account.
  • Operational Leadership
    • Ensure compliance with delivery quality standards and operational governance requirements.
    • Drive productivity plans and balance skills vs volume in the sub-region. This is a business leadership function that is actively assessing volume of WSC, Frontlog, Backlog, and closure to organizational effectiveness.
    • Balance customer demand with workforce skills and capacity to achieve strategic priorities.
    • Leverage shared resources in all COR NA businesses as well as GEBS, GCC for efficient project execution.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $172,160.00- $215,200.00 USD with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

For this role, the total target compensation is from $156,800.00 - $182,933.33 CAD with an annual target bonus of 8%. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
