Law & Global Compliance Communications Specialist
Position Responsibilities:- Leads communications planning and execution for the Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Global Trade Controls and Intellectual Property functions.
- Manages communications support for the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer including enterprise and functional messaging, all-team meetings, and external speaking engagements.
- Partners with Ethics and Compliance on enterprise and localized campaigns.
- Collaborates with internal communications teams, including Human Resources Communications, to develop and implement cross-channel strategies.
- Gathers feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and optimize communication effectiveness; measures and tracks effectiveness of communication and identify areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
- 5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years in leveraging data analytics' methods to solve complex problems.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- 2+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation
- 2+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources, Legal or Ethics and Compliance
