Job Title: Law Enforcement Operations Manager (
TX Peace Officer License and former law enforcement/military experience required.)
Salary:$99,985.60, plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits)

law enforcement or the military? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
- Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
- Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
- Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets).
- Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.

- TX Peace Office Licensure required.

- Expert Judgement -- must be comfortable and competent in order to make decisions based on information available.
- Excellent Communication Skills
