Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager (Ideal candidate will have management experience in security and general facilities operations)

Salary: $100K - $110K, plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!)

  • Prefer general outdoor lawncare and lawncare machinery experience as well


Are you a leader with 5-7 years of management experience in security operations orfacilities operations? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
  • Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
