This role is critical to enabling launch excellence across LATAM by establishing scalable access capabilities, harmonizing ways of working across countries, and ensuring that each asset benefits from an efficient, repeatable, and high-quality regional launch framework.

  • Partner with country market access teams to align global & regional strategy with local access needs, launch timelines, and business priorities.
  • Establish and implement standardized launch readiness tools, templates, governance, and decision-making processes to improve speed and consistency.
  • Guide pricing strategy and governance to support value protection, prevent regional price erosion, and manage private and public procurement complexity.
  • Support access evidence generation, payer value communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies that strengthen launch acceleration and success.
  • Monitor policy, payer, and competitor dynamics to anticipate risks and opportunities during launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Policy, Legal, and Global teams to deliver integrated launch acceleration plans.
  • Share best practices across markets and assets to continuously improve the launch engine and support future accelerated launches.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

  • Deep understanding of access dynamics, including HTA, reimbursement pathways, payer expectations, and pricing governance.
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, regional, and global environment.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of building trusted partnerships with country teams, regional teams, and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple launches in a short timeframe while adapting strategies to differing access environments.
