General Manager to lead and grow operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned, results-oriented leader with deep landscaping industry experience to join a growth-oriented, values-driven brand.
As General Manager, you will have full financial and operational responsibility for the business. You'll lead a skilled team, build strong relationships with clients, and drive the performance, quality, and growth of the company.
You'll join a nationwide family of companies that specializes in creating and maintaining luxury outdoor living spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Full P&L Responsibility: Own and manage all financial outcomes, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth in revenue and market share.
- Talent Management: Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Experience: Ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction across all accounts.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate business reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements - Ideal Candidate- Landscape Industry Expertise: Significant leadership experience in the landscaping industry, preferably in a design-build or estate management setting.
- Track Record of Results: Proven ability to grow revenue, improve profitability, and scale operations.
- Leadership & People Development: Demonstrated success in developing teams and improving organizational capability.
- Critical Thinking & Execution: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.

Compensation & Benefits- Salary to commensurate with experience and qualifications ($125,000 - $225,000)
