A premier provider of high-end residential landscape construction and estate management services in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned, results-oriented leader with deep landscaping industry experience to join a growth-oriented, values-driven brand.

As General Manager, you will have full financial and operational responsibility for the business. You'll lead a skilled team, build strong relationships with clients, and drive the performance, quality, and growth of the company.

You'll join a nationwide family of companies that specializes in creating and maintaining luxury outdoor living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full P&L Responsibility: Own and manage all financial outcomes, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth in revenue and market share.
