Land Planning Manager will manage the land planning process by completing feasibility studies for land acquisition due diligence; develop entitlement strategies by obtaining entitlement and permit approvals; develop project budgets; ensure timely and efficient engineering for projects; coordinate amenity and landscaping designs.

To join our team in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture; three to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
