Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Staff Engineer for the Louisville, CO office. Responsibilities

This position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and land development including project engineering to support the production of: design of grading, storm water management, drainage design and reports, soil erosion & sediment control plans and reports, public and private roadways horizontal and vertical designs, “wet” utility design and coordination with design team professionals successfully delivering; residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

Required Skills & Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required• FE license preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months• 2+ years of land development engineering experience• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff• AutoCAD with Civil3D skills• Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction• Strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills• Desire to work in a team environment

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
