Job Title: Land Development SpecialistKey Responsibilities- Support land development strategy execution, including zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Land Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Environmental, Fiber, and Construction
- Assist in managing due diligence activities such as site feasibility, regulatory assessments, and risk identification
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables align with development schedules
- Support preparation and review of development agreements, utility coordination, and permitting documentation
- Liaise with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), municipalities, and utility providers
- Contribute to integrated project planning and documentation using tools like MS Project and SharePoint
- Assist in contract administration, budget tracking, and reporting
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in land development, site development, or related consulting work
- Working knowledge of land use planning, zoning regulations, permitting processes, and utility coordination
- Exposure to project management practices and stakeholder coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center development projects
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional permitting and land use processes
- Understanding of construction methods and site development practices
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset
Location: Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $165K-$175K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
