Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with engineers, planners, and designers to develop civil engineering plans and specifications for a wide range of land development and transportation-related projects.
- Contribute to design work in stormwater management, site layout, grading, utility systems, and erosion/sediment control.
- Prepare plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus.
- Conduct fieldwork as needed, including measurements, observations, and photo documentation.
- Perform engineering analyses and assist in preparing supporting calculations and technical documentation.
- Create text and spreadsheet documents, manage project data, and support regulatory submittals and permitting processes.
- Coordinate with local and regional agencies to help secure development approvals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, industry partners, and local agency representatives.

Qualifications- 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- PE license required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required. MicroStation Experience a plus.
- Previous experience in land development, site design, or infrastructure planning is highly desirable.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 for the Washington, DC location. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
