How you'll make an impact in this role- Implement market-wide labor management initiatives, procedures, and projects to standardize routine practices and improve overall operational and financial productivity.
- Partner with market, hospital, and department leaders to guide them through the successful implementation of strategic labor management plans.
- Lead action plans specifically targeting premium pay, contract labor, and general labor expenses to ensure efficient and appropriate staffing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead labor meetings to analyze trends, address gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure the accuracy of volume forecasts and control targets, while maintaining data integrity, analytics, and reporting for all assigned markets.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 3-5 years with background in data, analytics, dashboards and Google Sheet
- Experience in labor management preferred
