Labor & Employment Counsel to join its California practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong management-side background and experience handling employment matters independently.
Requirements: - 6+ years of Labor & Employment experience
- Strong management-side / employment defense experience
- California Bar admission
- Experience handling employment litigation and/or counseling matters
- Strong legal research, writing and client-management skills
- Ability to handle matters independently
- Portable business is not required
