Troutman Pepper Locke's Labor + Employment practice group is seeking to hire an associate for our New York office with 4 to 7 years' experience in labor and employment-related litigation, including employment discrimination, whistleblower, wage and hour, and trade secret and restrictive covenant matters. The candidate will also have significant experience with client counseling and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a record of distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communication skills, and demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service. Candidates must be in good standing in New York.
The salary range for this position is $295,000 - $370,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
