An AM Law 200 firm is actively seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment litigation and counseling matters for diverse corporate clients. Key Responsibilities - Represent employers in single-plaintiff employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
- Handle class action and PAGA claims.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions; argue motions in court.
- Draft workplace policies and conduct employee trainings.
- Provide day-to-day employment law counseling to corporate clients.
Key Qualifications - J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 1+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
- Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
