An AM Law 200 firm is actively seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment litigation and counseling matters for diverse corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent employers in single-plaintiff employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
  • Handle class action and PAGA claims.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions; argue motions in court.
  • Draft workplace policies and conduct employee trainings.
  • Provide day-to-day employment law counseling to corporate clients.

Key Qualifications
