Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Location: San Francisco, California or Orange County, California
Practice Area: Labor & Employment Law

Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in their Labor & Employment practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile national clients on challenging and dynamic employment litigation and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and substantive motion practice.
  • Manage depositions and related litigation responsibilities.
  • Provide employment advisory services to clients.
  • Manage multiple priorities, consistently demonstrate attention to detail, and assume a high degree of responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and employment advisory matters.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • State Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
