Direct Counsel is seeking a
Labor & Employment Associate with
2 to 4 years of experience to join a
prestigious Am Law 100 firm in their
Labor & Employment practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with
high-profile national clients on
challenging and
dynamic employment litigation and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and substantive motion practice.
- Manage depositions and related litigation responsibilities.
- Provide employment advisory services to clients.
- Manage multiple priorities, consistently demonstrate attention to detail, and assume a high degree of responsibility.
Qualifications- Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and employment advisory matters.
- Skills: Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- State Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
- Other: A self-starter with a team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment & Compensation- Salary Range: $210,000 to $250,000 (actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors).
